Changes include:

• Update UNICEF malaria vaccine doses delivered, resolves Update vaccine delivery numbers #63
• Default parameter to convert IRS trial impact to implementation impact, resolves Include option to operationally downscale IRS impact #61
• Match net implementation more closely with MAP net model, resolves Match more closely with MAP net model #36
• Includes explicite round/day implementations for interventions, resolves SMC round timesteps are not 1 month apart. #38 Site should check that n_smc_rounds >0 if smc_cov >0 #39
• Implements vivax model when specified, resolves Pv parameters not generated in site_parameters #40
