Removed Hurricane Electric and UltraDNS as DNS resolvers, UltraDNS is mostly a commercial solution. Added secondary DNS servers for OpenDNS and Dyn. Added Quad9, Level3 and Canadian Shield DNS servers.

I'd say users can update the CSV manually with the help of https://public-dns.info/#countries or other sources, and then run the command. |
