Added import of Seeder class to the TableSeederTemplate (seed.txt) this allows the seeding to be run with the php artisan db:seed --class=<classname> command

Added import of Seeder class to the TableSeederTemplate (seed.txt) this allows the seeding to be run with the php artisan db:seed --class= command
