rbx is callee-saved in the ABI; syscall's will not clobber it.

label -> label!
lbl -> label_cell
lb -> label
jrf -> rlabel_f
jrfs -> rlabel_fs
flabel -> label_f!
rlabel -> rlabel_f!
rslabel -> rlabel_fs!
fl0 -> label_f
fl1 - deleted; it's a remnant from the differently organized
z80 assembler
this brings us one step closer to porting to 32 bit x86, aka IA-32.

i have apparently ran out of steam for this phase of hacking, so i thought it's better to get merged whatever is ready to be merged.
