Implemented file upload capability for content generation, allowing users to upload text/data files instead of relying on web search. Also added support for chart generation from uploaded images/data and improved icon selection using embeddings. The UI now dynamically filters LLM models based on their web search capabilities.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14490717894268034394 started by @nattu22

- Added `FileProcessor` for extracting text from TXT, CSV, Excel, and chart data from Images/Data files.
- Added `IconSelector` for embedding-based icon matching.
- Updated `GlobalConfig` to include `web_search` capability flag for models.
- Updated `flask_app.py` to serve dynamic model options and handle file uploads in `/api/plan`.
- Updated `html_ui.py` with:
    - Content Source toggle (Search vs File).
    - Dynamic filtering of models based on source (hiding non-web models for search).
    - API Key persistence in execution phase.
    - File input for charts.
