This PR updates HTML5.jp Graph Libraries (vbar 1.0.4, radar 1.0.2, line 1.0.2, and circle 1.0.2). The main difference is that graph functions set
widthandheightof the parentdivelement of the targetcanvas.This also includes fixing several issues. (See: http://www.html5.jp/library/index.html)
