fix: update module syntax for zig 0.11.0

Hello! I've updated the module syntax for Zig v0.11.0.

This is in tandem with nektro/zig-time#6

Actually does this need the optimize and target options passed? I'm not really that familiar with how the target and optimize info is propagated if not explicitly given
