I'm not on the docs team (obviously), but I think adjustments need to be made to the Items index. It references both an override for registerItem() and registerSimpleItem() that's deprecated and marked for removal since 1.21.10

They should maybe be replaced with examples copied out of the 1.21.11 MDK?

Thanks for the catch, I've updated everything to be in line with neoforged/NeoForge#2721. It was something I should've realized since I wrote that PR.
