• from now on dotlan seems to only accept HTTPS protocol to download their SVG maps. Changes has been made accordingly

• Removed calls to CVA API for kos checking as it only gives CVA ratings on players.
  Furthermore metrics could be collected on those request (server side) that could have favorized CVA members and penalised people that CVA flagged as such.
  By the way FYI, Vintel and Spyglass stills calls CVA API to read KOS status, be warned.
• Started to rewrite KOS part so it would read a local file that the user will maintain.
  This part is non functionnal in this version.
  KOS (Kill On Sight) ratings WON'T WORK AT ALL !! And it's made on purpose !
• Changed sounds
