This pull request adds a template for Drupal + Tome. I created Tome (a static site generator for Drupal) and have maintained https://github.com/drupal-tome/netlify-template for a few years now, I just didn't know this site existed until now!
Please let me know if you need any changes.
I tested the build locally and the new template looks good.
