This PR improves resilience in the client-side composition example by detecting
missing custom elements and rendering a fallback UI when a micro frontend fails
to register at runtime.
This demonstrates a common frontend system design concern in micro-frontend
architectures: graceful degradation and failure isolation at the host level.
