Types: fixed CipherAlgorithm and Pbkdf2Params

Proposed changes

Fixed two type definitions in WebCrypto. CipherAlgorithm contained the AesCbcParams twice, but was missing AesGcmParams. iterations in Pbkdf2Params was misspelled.
