Fixes #33 by adding a
.npmignorefile.By default, the files attribute in a package.json file will respect the
.gitignorefile if no.npmignorefile is specified. This results in thedistdirectory being ignored which is problematic for consumers of@nickhudkins/malcolmsince those files are necessary.
