@paciorek Do you have any idea what went amiss with the Windows and Linux tests? Somehow I feel like it's unrelated the minor changes to the nimbleHMC codebase. |

I worked around the Windows install issue and hopefully the Linux issues are transient, so I suggest you re-run the testing. |
