Problem
This file uses OpenSSL for math operations. I don't know why.. Maybe it uses the same encryption. We simply can't support this within a zk proof, if someone needs it. It's possible for a contract to use it explicitly, but highly unlikely.
Summary of Changes
Conditionally compiles out the verify function.
