Problem
Needed a number of changes to support proving on 32-bit riscv architectures. Most notably the removal of certain calls and references from rent_collector, which has a new version in 3.0 but still uses the old version for certain things, which causes havoc in the zksvm build.
This does not build as a standalone, which I think is okay, because we don't need to build it standalone for anything.
(the reason there are so many small commits is that I had to push changes to the branch to test them)
