cc @nodejs/web-admins

Closes #74

Before this lands, @HinataKah0 should be removed from the @nodejs/nodejs-website team. Because this is their only team in the organization, they may also need to be removed from the entire organization by @nodejs/tsc. Done

Removed HinataKah0 from the members list.

@bmuenzenmeyer You are the maintainer of @nodejs/nodejs-website, can you remove the inactive users?

@avivkeller I've made you a maintainer of the team so you can make changes yourselves since you're doing active maintaining. @nodejs/tsc for visibility of a role change.

If. you prefer, I can remove the inactive users for you

🤔 I would think we'd only want @nodejs/web-admins to be maintainers of the web teams, after all, that is their role as the admins to manage the teams.

@MattIPv4 @benjamingr I've set @ovflowd as a maintainer, removed the inactive user, and set myself back to Member.
