nomlab/rask リポジトリの，fix-api ブランチ(https://github.com/nomlab/rask/tree/fix-api )の内容を main ブランチに merge した．
以下2つのファイルに生じたコンフリクトを解消した．
ローカル環境で，http://localhost:3000/api-docs/ にアクセスすると，API ドキュメントの一覧が閲覧できることを確認した．
また，fix-api ブランチの merge に伴い，test/controllers/tasks_controller_test.rb の一部のテストが通らなくなっていたため，テスト内容を修正した．
