Fixes # .

Changes proposed in this PR:

  • add optional operators to avoid unhandled exceptions noticed while running test:system locally
  • remove some redundant awaits on sync functions
  • add retry mechanism for the get authorizations call when starting paid compute to mitigate the "No escrow auths found" error
