Fixes #1108 .

Changes proposed in this PR:

  • retry decryptDDO only for 500 errors
  • get a fresh nonce for every retry
  • allow the change of metadata to END_OF_LIFE state
  • handle the DEPRECATED and REVOKED states on MetadataUpdate events => delete the DDOs
