Should we consider re-using workflows first? (I'm happy to help on this part).

This pull request includes updates to GitHub Actions workflows related to issue and pull request management. The changes focus on simplifying the workflows and ensuring consistency with the main repository.
Updates to GitHub Actions workflows:
.github/templates/add_to_octokit_project.yml: Removed the workflow for adding PRs and issues to the Octokit org project..github/templates/immediate-response.yml: Added a note indicating the source of the workflow and simplified theonevent types for issues and pull requests. Also renamed the job and added a step to add issues to the project.
