very incipient code to get feedback on the use of Stats Wales to obtain data for:

  • health, care and child related indicators.
  • expenditure from Welsh Local authorities.
  • relation between indicators and budget items.
  • assumptions in terms of missing values, "denominator floor", and subnational handling.
