📌 개요

  • 튜토리얼 표시여부 로컬에 저장하기

🔀 변경사항

  • tutorial proto file 생성
  • MainSerializer를 생성할때 proto3 bool타입의 기본값을 true로 설정
  • openDialog를 state로 관리하도록 변경
