Last year, we updated our fontawesome icon set to v6 (Oct 2024). Major icon upgrades require careful tuning to adjust for new visual changes, especially in icon size and placement (see below how the new diagnosis icon is cut off). This upgrade to v7 would require the same work, but doesn't offer a meaningful improvement over the previous version, so will be postponed for now.
