For parity, I suppose we should add a similar sentence to the bonsai-onix1-docs? |

I made a couple edits:
- I didn't want to use the word "limited" to describe the Onix Source in reference to how much of ONIX's feature set it supports (because I feel like "limited" might have a negative connotation), so I made some edits to change that.
- I felt weird about the use of the word "devices" because it has a specific meaning internally, so I removed that part and moved the reference to the GUI/Bonsai comparison underneath the chart.
Feel free to revert, edit, or whatever and merge. I'm not too precious about the changes I made.
