Removed cpc from Z axis since they are handmade and not generated via the shareware

Fixed installation on modern machines (tested on linux/mac/windows11)
Updated ClitkDicomRTStruct2Image and it's filter to be able to also get structured dictionaries as inputs instead of RTStruct files.
