This PR adds a short “Common Pitfalls to Avoid” section to the Skill Creator
documentation to help new contributors avoid common mistakes such as misplaced
trigger logic, unnecessary resource directories, and duplicated content.
It also adds a small best-practice note to the scripts section regarding shebangs
and executable permissions. No behavioral or tooling changes.
