This still references the Lunar-Lander environment not being registered with Gym. It is unclear if the error is actually related to the problem or something else. |

Updated package references and versions to respective versions. Python 3.12 is installed due to tensor flow not supporting latest 3.13 version. Gym modules have moved to gymnasium. Updated references accordingly. A few may still import gymnasium as gym to avoid instances where variables were not similar between the two APIs.
