Q: When a user attempts to do a protected action, they are redirected to Harvard PIN as expected, but when they are authenticated and sent back to my OS site, they see a white screen of death (WSOD). What gives?

A: The action the user is trying to perform may be giving that user Access Denied. Check that anonymous users have permission to perform the task you expect.
