Description

Replace all occurances of quay.io/openshift-lightspeed/lightspeed-console-plugin that's built in Prow to quay.io/redhat-user-workloads/crt-nshift-lightspeed-tenant/ols/lightspeed-console built in Konflux. Same for the pf5 flavor.
