Refactor job handling and introduce context usage

### Description
This pull request refactors the handling of jobs by:
- Deprecating operations that do not utilize context.
- Refactoring `jobFeedAction` for better maintainability.
- Introducing modular components for job handling: `JobBase`, `JobRedis`, and `BaseJobDB`, standardizing context usage across the process.
