Summary

  • reject redirected artifact fetches during install
  • serialize index updates with a lock and atomic replace
  • recover from stale index lock files
  • add install tests for redirect rejection, concurrency safety, and stale lock recovery

Validation

  • cargo test -q -p provenact-cli --test install
