OVC5b: Software Reset Pin Support

This is the firmware I tested all the cameras with. Can't remember what changes I might've made to the rest of the design but it works and was based off of this original branch.

I tested this on-device with the following:

• Install libgpiod to the device following (this guide)[https://www.beyondlogic.org/an-introduction-to-chardev-gpio-and-libgpiod-on-the-raspberry-pi/].
• Detected by pushing the push-button while running the following command:
