moment-timezone already includes the necessary data to trivially calculate these values! :) not sure if it requires regular updates but there is quite a lot of data in
untils. documentation: https://momentjs.com/timezone/docs/#/data-formats/unpacked-format/I also added a .gitignore so that node_modules wouldn't get accidentally committed.
