- Add complete RBAC permissions system with Role, Group, UserGroup, RoleGrant, and Grant models
- Enhance Oxiliere multi-tenant with BaseTenant/BaseTenantUser, soft delete, and user management
- Improve JWT authentication with permission support and token user model
- Reorganize test suite by module with isolated settings
- Add new model fields and enhance base mixins
- Fix permission grant override to preserve actions in expanded form
