Updates to CAM development versions intended for DECK simulation in H2020 Forces. Compared to the CMIP6 version the changes are: New activation parameterisation; Secondary ice particle formation; Sectional model for small particles used for new particle formation; Correction of missing ice-limiter term; Tuning of water / ice ratio in mixed phase clouds; Increase of coarse mode convective scavenging; Tuning of sea-salt size distribution;
The changes are mostly done in separate subroutines that have been committed separately.
The secondary ice formation need new input-files that for now are just copied to the run directory.
