Fix: Prevent oversized cookies from long Unicode URLs with facets, improve size check, and add documentation This commit addresses an issue where long Unicode URLs containing facets queries were overloading cookies, leading to 500 errors. It provides the `testIfCookieSizeOk` function wich emulate cookie size checking to prevent this overload.
