This PR improves the internal link fixer in pages/fix-links.js to better handle anchors, query strings, and a wider variety of internal link patterns that sometimes escape Astro's base path rewriting. It is a conservative change that preserves external/protocol-relative links and relative paths.\n\nIf CI still reports broken links, I'll iterate with targeted fixes for the reported pages.
