✨ Introduces using golangci-lint from the Daggerverse modules
- Uses the public daggerverse module here: github.com/papercomputeco/daggerverse/golangcilint
- First party dagger call check-lint and dagger call fix-lint`
🧹 Various fixups related to linting failures.
