HCC_SERIALIZE_KERNEL was shown to be plural. However, review of HCC src code shows it is singular case: https://github.com/RadeonOpenCompute/hcc/blob/007637403ef06834678ad60e451cc35f7abf8b4f/lib/hsa/mcwamp_hsa.cpp#L3277 Also added mention of `HIP_PRINT_ENV`.
