This PR is a major refactoring of the code, with a new version 0.2.0

  • Repackaging by switching from setup to pyproject.toml and meson build
  • New functionality to use data from a local SDS archive
  • Update and rebuild of documentation
  • Add flexibility to deal with non-'Z' vertical components (e.g., component '3' as vertical)
  • Added deploy workflow
  • Numerous bug fixes in scripts
