Welcome to a collection of my public talks, conference presentations, internal tech briefings, and leadership sessions on engineering, organizational effectiveness, and modern platform thinking.
This repository exists to make the materials behind those talks openly available so others can reuse, learn from, and build on the ideas.
Each presentation folder includes:
- Slide deck (PDF or PPTX)
- Speaker notes when available
- Diagrams and visuals used in the talk
- Sample code or demos if applicable
- Links to recordings when public
- A short abstract describing the purpose of the talk
- Engineering leadership in complex enterprises
