Delta-of-Delta statistics has not been calculated since the last update of twcc statistics due to small and simple mistake (or typo). Fixing it. Adding two more bitrate statistics telling how much non-recovery or redundant traffic were sent: * "bitrate-sent-non-recovery" * "bitrate-recv-non-recovery"
