Translation issue: "空のNULL値" (empty NULL value) is unclear in Japanese. The English original says "Bare null values" which means standalone/isolated NULL values. A better translation would be "単独のNULL値" or "裸のNULL値" (using the literal translation that was removed).

「case folding 」は「折りたたみ」で良いのか？という問題がありますね。
phpでは「大文字変換」にしてるようです。

そのまま訳すと移植ですが、日本語で読むと不自然に感じられるかも。
古いバージョンのPostgreSQLから引き継ぐ際に役立つことが期待されています。
か、この後で復元としているので復元する際とするか...復元にすると原文側にそれに該当するrestoreがないので、後で翻訳を見直すときに引っかかるかも...
