Related to [pull request chef-cookbooks#6 on upstream](phlipper/rebuild-iptables#6). Fixes breakages on systems where `/usr/bin/ruby` doesn't exist (such as on systems where it's installed under `/usr/local/bin` or entirely managed by `chruby` or `rvm`).
