ITALIC Lichen KeyMaker

This tool generates dynamic identification keys for lichens in Italy and Europe. Users can select specific parameters to narrow down the taxa included in the key, based on morphological traits, ecological preferences, and geographical distribution.

Prerequisites

• node.js version 20 or higher
• npm

Setup

Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/plant-data/lichen-keymaker.git
cd lichen-keymaker

Install the dependencies:

npm install

Set up environment variables:

• Rename .env.example to .env

Start the development server:

npm run dev
