Eligibility: Marco has joined the EF P2P Network team in March, 2025. He has been working a lot in optimizing PeerDAS networking layer, especially the QUIC transport protocol and cell-level dissemination which we plan to ship in the next version of PeerDAS. Apart from that, he also contributed to improving engine_getBlobsV2. He also drafted GossipSub improvement specs, such as GossipSub Extensions and GossipSub Partial Message Extensions, which are valuable to the network layer of Ethereum.
