Porting to GTK+3

I've been working to port DeVeDe to GTK+3, although the current state is still WIP I'd like to know what you think.

Hi!

Thank you for your effort. Currently I'm quite busy with my Ph.D, so you
will have to give me some more time before merging it. But is a good
idea to do that port.

I hope to have some spare time this weekend to check it.
