Release v1.0
Release v1.0 of plot2DO has multiple improvements and additions to the previous version:
- it can analyze genomic data from multiple organisms (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Drosophila melanogaster, Caenorhabditis elegans, Mus musculus and Homo sapiens), not just yeast;
- it can align user-provided lists of sites;
- it can plot alignments of dyads (V-plots), 5' ends, and 3' ends;
- it can produce simplified plots (without one-dimensional occupancy and length histogram panels) – very handy for creating multi-panel plots;
- it can produce "squeezed" plots – very useful for analyzing a small genomic region (e.g. +1 nucleosomes, tRNA genes, etc);
- it can use a fixed color scale – handy for comparing multiple samples;
- it has a detailed tutorial including multiple usage examples.
For more details, see the tutorial from the README.md file.
Enjoy!
