The 1.3.1 changelog section is currently empty (no date and no entries). Since this PR is labeled as “1.3.1 release changelog updates”, please either populate this section with the release date and changes, or remove the 1.3.1 header until there are actual items to list.

Typo in the changelog entry title: there should be a separator/space between the ticket ID and the description (e.g., "RDKEMW-12334 - The …" or "RDKEMW-12334: The …") to keep the entry readable and consistent.
